Loei Hotels – Muanmanee Boutique Hotel
Anyone searching Loei hotels for a reasonably priced room in the city centre should consider a stay at the Muanmanee Boutique Hotel. It’s ideally placed, brand spanking new, has five-star staff service and weighs in at around 690 baht (US$24) for a standard room.
The hotel’s reception and lobby area is impressive. It’s well stocked with books and magazines, and very nicely furnished too. There’s also free high-speed internet for staying guests.
The rooms are tidy and a decent size with enough spare floor space to store your travel bags and any mementos you may acquire during your stay in Loei.
The hotel occupies the best part of a quiet side street and so don’t expect a room with a beautiful view, more one which will afford you a quiet night’s sleep and a bathroom worthy of an unwanted early morning call.
Rooms are air-conditioned and have Cable/Satellite TV, a small refrigerator and room service is available. Our room and bathroom was spotlessly clean and the hotel has a laundry service too.
The hotel scores a massive 9 out of 10 for its Condition and Cleanliness from 117 reviews for hotel booking specialist Agoda. Value for Money rates 8.8 and Staff Performance 8.7. All very deserved scores in view of my two-night stay at the hotel.
The hotel has a Doi Chaang coffee shop which is perfect for a mid morning fix of crushed coffee beans while you plan the day ahead.
There’s a car park next to reception and for guests who wish to explore the city at a leisurely pace there are bicycles for use free of charge.
